B3 Edifice, (Formerly Chennatt Constructions) was established in Kollam (Now Pathanamthitta) in the year 1975, with a vision to be part of Kerala’s changing commercial scenario in the field of construction & trade. The mission that started more than four decades ago as licensed PWD contractors was well carried over to the next generation, propelling the company to grow by leaps and bounds through the years and expand by the founding of the parent group – B3 MACBIS Ltd in the year 1999 under which B3 Edifice continues to be one of the leading companies in the field of construction while proudly upholding the legacy a generation after.
